What if I need something that is not listed?
If you do not see the item you need, you can submit a request through the Custom Order section. This is where you can ask for specialty products, unique sizes, or items not currently listed on the site.
Can I upload files with my order?
We already have access to all standard store logos listed on the site, but if you need a logo or variation that is not shown, you can upload it so we use the correct version.
Can I preview customization before it is made?
Yes. Every custom item includes a proof so you can see what the design will look like before it goes into production.
Is there a proofing stage?
Yes. You will receive a proof to review and approve before your order is finalized. This ensures accuracy and gives you a chance to make adjustments.
Will I receive updates after placing an order?
Yes. You will be notified when your proof is ready and again when your order ships. Tracking information will be included when available.
How do I know what information to provide for business cards, tents, and similar items?
These items include fields to add your details such as name, title, phone number, website, or store information. You can also use the additional instructions box to include anything extra you want added.
Can I request custom sizes or formats?
Yes. If you need a specific size, material, or layout that is not shown, you can request it through the Custom Order section.
Can I provide detailed custom instructions?
Yes. Every product includes a place to add custom instructions. You can include direction for wording, colors, layout preferences, back side design, or any other details that help us get your order right.
How do I know what is included with items like tablecloths or print areas?
Each item page explains what is included. For example, tablecloths will note whether they are four sided, and you will be able to add information such as a website or phone number if you want it printed.
